Hello!
I bought a subscription yesterday. Gained access to workflow ComfyUI.
I’ve been using Stable Diffusion for quite some time to generate and style images.
But I got here because I saw a workflow for animation here. But when I started trying this guide:

I encountered errors being shown in the console. Basic errors indicate that custom nodes are outdated and other schemes need to be used. Simple replacement of nodes does not work, because… they work by different rules. This makes me very upset. It turns out I paid for non-working schemes.
I spend a lot of time at work, so I can only spend a few hours a day on ComfyUI.
I want to ask the creators of these guides. Please make changes due to new user nodes.

In addition, I was faced with the fact that when replacing the prompt, everything generally collapses. Is it really impossible to make unique animations, but only waves? I expected that I would be able to make animations with a flower garden, a meadow, a magical forest, and various natural phenomena. But when replacing the prompt with something else, the quality of the animation either decreases or everything becomes dark. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t change the prompt and substitute my models.

(p.s.2. – my project involves creating captions (just a couple of lines of text at the bottom of the screen). I hoped that by using this guide, I would be able to implement my idea. But as it turned out, having made the text small, it becomes completely unrecognizable to read. If anyone can provide assistance I would greatly appreciate it.)

Sorry for the late response. The message went into the moderation mailbox.

For comfyui, it is common to see the installation outdated and causing problems. You should update comfyui itself and all nodes by following this:

If it still doesn’t work, the workflow may need to be revised. Let me know, and I will look into it.

Regarding things not working when changing the prompt, it is common for Stable Diffusion workflows to need some tweaking when changing the prompt. Not all prompts work with a particular workflow. Just like creating art with other mediums, it needs experimentation. The workflow is an example of what is possible. It serves as a good starting point but not a universal solution.
