I’m new here and have had no success finding answers to my issues. I figured this forum might help as it seems to be associated with SD. At Any rate, hello to you and I hope you are well. Let me explain my issue and hopefully there is an easy fix. I have installed SDXL using the instructions on the SD website. Specifically the document called, “How to install and run Stable Diffusion on Apple Silicon Macs”. Â I used the AUTOMATIC1111 via homebrew method. I was able to install the main version (1.5) without issue and the SDXL model and Refiner Model as well. Everything is there … except the LoRa model for XL.
Here is what happened.
I initially accidentally put the LoRa Model into the models/Stable-Diffusion folder instead of the Models/Lora folder. When I ran SD it loaded and LoRa was showing up in the checkpoint folder.  When I realized my mistake I shut it all down, moved  LoRa into the models/Lora folder. I started SD again and it was still showing up under checkpoint ( I’m not sure if hi is normal … As you might have guessed, I am a newb). I selected LoRa from the checkpoint dropdown and it started (Very Slowly) downloading files. It took a really long time, but afterwards LoRa was no longer in the checkpoint dropdown. Is this normal behavior? I’m not sure if I messed something up nor how to check that everything is installed correctly so I can start learning SD. I know I chose the most difficult way to learn SD, but I wanted the most flexible version. That said, is there anyone here that could help me out or let me know where to go to get proper help in sorting this out?
Thanks

Hi, welcome! Yes, the lora model should NOT show up in the checkpoint menu. So you are seeing the correct behavior.
It should show up in the lora tab. Once you select it, it should show up in the prompt as “<lora: name: weight>”
See the following section for screenshots and guide.
