I would look at fiverr or upwork for a freelancer.

But… Im just a hobbyist and far away from being a professional. So there may exists better places with more specialized experts

Maybe an approach which helped me in another case with uncommon poses will be useful for you. I made a set of hand puppets.

i came up with the solution to create the poses by my own using DAZStudio to create simple poses which I used via Input Image in Fooocus. Worked well in my case as you can define the single body parts as you want. Basic Version is free and I checked that there are a few possibilities for breasts there as well.

If this not help via Input Image, it will be definitely be useful for generating the LoRa Andrew mentioned. But I haven’t tried that 🙂

Im no lawyer, so I may be wrong. But as far as I understood it’s mainly not the license of the software (tool) for your case but the models you use for generation.

Depending on that you may sell your images.

And of course you aren’t allowed to misuse the models (I.e. deepfaking)

Edit: You could also do it via Inpainting. I tried around a bit and I guess this is a bit more straight forward:

            1. Generate the image with the photorealistic building
            2. Send to inpaint
            3. Mark half of the screen as inpaint area. Maybe not too straight to give the blur a nice effect…
            4. Align “Mask mode”, “Masked content” and “Inpaint area” to your needs
            5. Align the prompt to your style

You may have to change your model to an comic/anime style one. Unfortunately I were not able to find a model/LORA for the original architectural blueprint style…

Have you tried the regional prompter extension? I did something like that with the blending of a black and a white cat.

                Hi everyone,

I‘m Sebastian. I started using SD a few months ago, first at an online service and later with A1111 and ComfyUI. I generate mostly fantasy and sci-fi images.
I stumbled across this site a few times and thought that it may be time for being part of this community.
