Help generating a specific image pose

        Thank you in advance!

        I am trying to generate images that serve as illustrations for Electrocardiographic (ECG) lead placements for women of different shapes and sizes.

        Three leads are meant to be placed under the breasts. For small breasts, this is easy, but for large breasts or older women, I need to generate images of the breast being lifted as well as nipples/areola covered (ideally by hand).

        While I had success showing images with simply covering breasts with both hands using Automatic1111/Controlnet, I can’t get an image with the breast being lifted up regardless how much I tried!

          Hi! Very interesting application. This one is tough because I don’t think SD would have seen this in its training.

          If you have a good number of sample images, you can try training a LoRA or Dreambooth model with specific prompts.

            Thank you Andrew, indeed!

            It’ll be very hard to find a clean set of such images. I’m not experienced with training LoRAs etc, but any idea how many images I’d need to do so? Any other idea for a hack? Because even if I use an image from a more questionable source and try to inpatient it or alter it, the results aren’t great still!

            Just scratching my head if there’s any use going further down this rabbit hole or is it a dead end!

              This is quite an uncharted area because it is a rare use case. You can start with 7-10 images and see if dreambooth works. Otherwise, you will need to experiment with more images or other techniques.

                Maybe an approach which helped me in another case with uncommon poses will be useful for you. I made a set of hand puppets.

                i came up with the solution to create the poses by my own using DAZStudio to create simple poses which I used via Input Image in Fooocus. Worked well in my case as you can define the single body parts as you want. Basic Version is free and I checked that there are a few possibilities for breasts there as well.

                If this not help via Input Image, it will be definitely be useful for generating the LoRa Andrew mentioned.But I haven’t tried that 🙂

                  This is an amazing suggestion, I am actually getting promising results. Still alot needs to be done, but great progress. Thank you!!

                  Would you happen to know by any chance, if I wanted such a task done in freelancer or something similar, where to turn to?

                    I would look at fiverr or upwork for a freelancer.

                    But… Im just a hobbyist and far away from being a professional. So there may exists better places with more specialized experts
